To Eat or Not to Eat?

Megan couldn't decide if she was more hungry or tried so she did both at the same time!

Stampede Party @ Lake

Today we went to our Lake Community Stampede Party! Stampede is still 2 weeks away, but it gets very busy in our City - so the parties start early. They made some great changes to the party this year - there was a talent contest, line-dancing and many more activities for the children to try this year.

We started by breaking Megan out of jail!

She then had to try the ring toss.

She played enough games that she qualified for a prize. She, of course, picked bracelets!

She then took some time to watch the line-dancing with grandpa.

All of the emergency service people were there to show the kids some of their unique equipment. Megan didn't want to see the firemen...just Police! She makes daddy so proud!

We also visited with the Mascot 'Harry the Horse'

She talked mommy and Grandpa to going for a little swim too. The lake is still very cool...but she didn't care!

There were tons of rides for the kids to try - a great day!

Game 6 - Boston Trip!

The Boyd brothers hooked up in Boston last night for some game 6 action. A big thanks to brother Paul for the tixs! It was an amazing visit and we had a great time at the game. 2 of the brothers chose to wear Canuck Blue. They would be the ones to also wear ketchup stains by the end of the night. The third brother wore black and gold and he negotiated their safe exit out of the danger zone! LOL! Thanks for the great weekend fellas - lots of laughs, and more!
