Saturday night we are having her party. This year's theme is beach wear -- partly because we're fighting the gloom of rain & snow and partly because who doesn't like to pretend to be at the beach?!
Last year was more a tacky-tourist theme and while we had such great fun @ the Thrift Store shopping for our outfits, we've upgraded our venue this year and figured we'd try and live the beach wear dream. Although last year, Katie went more for the "Junior High Princess Prom Dress Look" hahaha-Wicked!
I think there's close to 30 people on the list - so we should have tons of laughs, food and good pictures to share with you after the weekend!
In the meantime, enjoy a few photos from last year's Birthday Bowler-Ram-Ma!

Yep - I remember those pics from last year & look forward to some more this year! Maybe we'll have to crash it one year!! haha! Have fun & Happy Birthday to Katie :)
As for the Calgary layover, we had enough time to grab Tim Horton's & sit for a bit (plus potty breaks) and then headed to the next gate! No time to check in & out of security but we hope to plan a roadtrip that way in the next little while! (maybe early summer)
So how did the party go?!
Happy belated birthday Katie! Hope the bash was a blast.
Now onto some sad news, I've decided to discontinue my blog. Not only that, but I've removed it from the internet (Mostly for safety reasons. I think I had already removed any identifying info, but there are still loonies out there who will try to Google anything and everything to find someone. A little over a month ago, some idiot was Googleing every event I mentioned, my doctors' names... anything and every thing to try and find me. Very annoying! I know who it was, and I believe he is harmless, but the next guy may not be. I couldn't write a post anymore with out doing 1/2 a dozen Google searches myself before hitting the publish button. I also spent entirely too much time studying my traffic trackers daily to be aware of who was visiting.) I just decided to stop writing because it was beginning to feel like a chore and I no longer enjoyed writing it. You may have noticed, I've lost my "silliness" recently. It was time to stop blogging.
I still plan on dropping by to visit you two.
AMY - that's insane!!!
