So a little development since our last post! haha.We've been watching the house market and saw a good opportunity to move-up, since the starter-type home market had leveled. Turns out we were right. We listed last Friday and last Sunday we had 3 offers. Turns out even in this market you can get a bidding war. So we sold above list - yeah!
Conditions cleared yesterday, so we are now able to make it official. We've spent a couple days with our relator looking at new homes and are really happy with the current price point out there. We'll let you know how the process goes...
Katie is now out of the first trimester and feeling good. Still gets nausea, but it's mostly limted to car rides now. She looks awesome!
Hard to believe that April starts next week - we are expecting more snow.

Congratulation on the quick sale of your house. We hope to find one here before we list ours. Otherwise we could be living in a hotel or communting from PA camping out with Ma & Pa. :0
