And, as you know, the key to most successful operations is for our main participant, Megan, to sleep through the majority of the evening...and she did so with peacful content. She did wake-up long enough to see who was in attendance and make sure mom was close tho.
Megan received lots of compliments and is bound to see more field trips in her future.
Saturday has been cold and we stayed inside. Megan had playtime with mom & dad in both the morning and afternoon, as they tried to keep her up for a good sleep tonight!

Start them young and you'll be greatful you did later :) Restaurants, travelling etc! It's all good! Glad she was a good dinner date!
We even took our first and third babies to movies when they were wee ones. Once we had Elise, as a newborn, with us at the theatre, and the guy sitting in front of us kind of scowled before the movie started. He said, "you brought a baby?" I said, "sure did, but you won't know she's here!" After the movie he turned around and commented that he didn't even hear her once. I assured him that I wouldn't have brought her if I didn't trust her to be quiet! And, we traveled 18 hours straight (and no DVD player, either!) with all our kids to see Lou and co, and Elise was only 2 months old then. Start them young is right!
Wow - a movie! Not sure if we are brave enought for that, but she sure will have her fair share of experiences - considering she have 2 flights under her belt by February (Island for Christmas and Hawaii for the month of Feb) ; )
