We were lucky enough to get to spend 2 days in Bora Bora. The first day we took a local shuttle to the beach and just relaxed…it was wonderful! On the second day we had organized a 4x4 tour of the Island.4x4 Tour of Bora Bora

What a great way to tour Bora Bora!!! If you are looking for a 4x4 you should definitely consider a Land Rover – this vehicle took us places that seemed impossible! The moment we we left the dock we were traveling on the sleepest and most rocky & rutted roads we have ever driven on…probably steeper and more rocky & rutted than we would consider riding our mountain bikes on!!! From the mountain tops surrounding Bora Bora we saw the most impressive views and got a great appriciation of the bueaty of the Island. During the tour we were also given a lesson on how the pearl farms throughout the Island culitvate the bueatiful and fanous black Tahitian pearls.
